Every two weeks, fresh water from the canal network flows gently between our orchard rows. The soft sandy soil lets extra water drain freely while keeping the deep roots refreshed, avoiding the salty groundwater common in other regions.

Our trees have stood in this soil for over two decades. Wide spacing between every tree allows bright Punjab sunshine and fresh desert breezes to reach every single branch, helping the fruit ripen evenly.

A Punjab Harvest Morning
We never pull or shake fruit from the branches. Each Kinnow is clipped individually by hand with sharp shears, leaving the green stem button intact so the fruit stays fresh and juicy for weeks.

In our shaded pavilion, every crate is sorted by experienced human hands. Only fruit with rich golden color, heavy juice weight, and a smooth, unblemished peel is selected for our crates.
