Terms of Use

The sites introduce Seedrus LLP, our family farm, Kinnow produce, and related work. They are mainly for information and enquiries. They do not provide visitor accounts, online purchasing, or payment facilities.

The sites are intended for adults and business users. Anyone under 18 should use them with a parent or lawful guardian and should not send personal information themselves.

The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press Send. Sending an enquiry simply starts a conversation; it does not reserve produce or create a supply, agency, employment, consultancy, or other contract.

Prices, quantities, grades, delivery dates, payment terms, and other business details must be confirmed separately by authorised people. If you enter a separate written agreement with Seedrus, that agreement will apply to its own subject matter.

You are welcome to browse the sites and share links to public pages. Please do not:

• break the law or interfere with another person’s rights;
• damage, overload, bypass, probe, or disrupt the sites or their security;
• send spam, malware, deceptive messages, or automated bulk enquiries;
• scrape the sites in a way that ignores access controls or places an unreasonable load on them;
• pretend to be someone else or knowingly provide false information; or
• reuse our protected content or brand commercially without permission.

The Seedrus name, logo, wordmark, website design, original writing, graphics, and other original material belong to Seedrus LLP or are used with permission. You may share links, but using our name, logo, or content for your own commercial purposes requires written permission from the relevant owner.

Some photos and videos are licensed or illustrative material. They help tell the story but may not show Seedrus land, fruit, facilities, or people. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We try to keep the sites helpful and accurate, but farming, seasons, crops, markets, and availability change. Website content is not a binding offer or a guarantee about quantity, grade, quality, price, timing, or availability.

Articles about produce, nutrition, health, farming, storage, exports, or markets are general information, not medical, agricultural, legal, customs, financial, or other professional advice. Please check anything important to your decision with Seedrus, a qualified professional, or the relevant authority.

The sites use or link to outside services for things such as hosting, email, anonymous statistics, maps, social platforms, and other websites. We describe them by function rather than listing every provider. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and Seedrus does not control their availability, content, or privacy practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains in simple terms what happens when you send us an email and how supporting website services may handle limited technical information.

The sites are provided as they are and as available. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, completely error-free content, or that every external link will keep working.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seedrus LLP and its partners and personnel are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public sites. Nothing here limits a legal right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms if the sites, our business, or the law changes. The latest version and date will appear on this page. If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal right to use another forum, disputes about the public sites or these Terms will be handled by courts with competent jurisdiction at Abohar, Punjab, India.
