Welcome. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Seedrus LLP (“Seedrus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which runs the seedrus.com and seedrus.in websites. By using either website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites. We have kept the language simple on purpose.
About these websites
Our websites (seedrus.com and seedrus.in) share general information about Seedrus and our Kinnow (mandarin) produce. We publish it in good faith, but details can change without notice.
Nothing on the sites is a binding offer to sell, and nothing here is a promise about quantity, quality, price, or availability.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending us a message through the contact form simply starts a conversation. It does not create a contract or reserve any produce. Any actual supply, pricing, delivery, or order terms are agreed separately and in writing between you and Seedrus.
How you may use the sites
You agree to use the sites lawfully and fairly. In particular, please do not:
- try to break, overload, hack, or disrupt the sites or their systems;
- send spam, malware, or automated bulk submissions through our forms;
- copy, scrape, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our permission; or
- pretend to be someone else or give false information.
Our content and brand
The Seedrus name, logo, wordmark, text, design, and other original content belong to Seedrus LLP. You may view our pages and share links to them, but please do not reuse our content or brand without our written permission.
About the photos and videos
To be open with you: some of the images and videos on our websites are licensed stock content (for example, from libraries such as Pexels), used to illustrate our story and our produce. They may not always show our own farm, grove, or fruit.
Any stock media remains owned by its original creators under their own licences. Over time we are replacing these with our own photographs.
Links to other websites
Our sites may link to other websites (for example, our Instagram or related ventures). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
No warranties
The sites are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that they will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses, and we make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information on them, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to our websites or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Abohar, Punjab, India.
