About these websites

The sites introduce Seedrus LLP, our family farm, Kinnow produce, and related work. They are mainly for information and enquiries. They do not provide visitor accounts, online purchasing, or payment facilities.

The sites are intended for adults and business users. Anyone under 18 should use them with a parent or lawful guardian and should not send personal information themselves.

Enquiries are conversations, not contracts

The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press Send. Sending an enquiry simply starts a conversation; it does not reserve produce or create a supply, agency, employment, consultancy, or other contract.

Prices, quantities, grades, delivery dates, payment terms, and other business details must be confirmed separately by authorised people. If you enter a separate written agreement with Seedrus, that agreement will apply to its own subject matter.

Please use the sites fairly

You are welcome to browse the sites and share links to public pages. Please do not:

• break the law or interfere with another person’s rights;
• damage, overload, bypass, probe, or disrupt the sites or their security;
• send spam, malware, deceptive messages, or automated bulk enquiries;
• scrape the sites in a way that ignores access controls or places an unreasonable load on them;

Our name, logo, and content

The Seedrus name, logo and wordmark identify Seedrus LLP. Rights in our branding, website design, writing, graphics and other material are reserved by Seedrus or the relevant rights holders to the extent protected by applicable law. You may share links; commercial use of protected branding or content requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant rights holders. Nothing in these Terms restricts a use permitted by applicable law.

Website imagery

Images, videos and visual scenes on these websites are illustrative unless expressly identified as a record of a particular Seedrus location, person or activity. They help convey the character of orchard life and harvest work.

These scenes should not be treated as documentary records of our land, workforce, vehicles, facilities or a particular harvest, shipment or date. The appearance of a person, vehicle, mark or location does not by itself establish employment, ownership, a commercial relationship or an endorsement.

Fruit colour, size, appearance, packaging and handling arrangements may vary by season and consignment. Website imagery is not a product sample or a promise about a specific order. We try to keep the sites helpful and accurate, but farming, seasons, crops, markets, and availability change. Website content is not a binding offer or a guarantee about quantity, grade, quality, price, timing, or availability.
