How it works

From blossom to crate, in six steps.

Good Kinnow can't be hurried. Here's the rhythm of a season on the farm — transparent, hands-on, quality at every stage.

01

Grow

Each season starts with the trees — pruned, fed, and irrigated through the Punjab heat so they set healthy fruit.

02

Nurture

Through summer we tend the canopy and soil, managing water carefully in a region where every drop matters.

03

Ripen

As nights cool, the fruit turns from green to deep Kinnow orange. We let it ripen on the branch — no rushing.

04

Harvest

At peak maturity the Kinnow is hand-picked, keeping the fruit and the trees in good condition.

05

Hand-grade

Every fruit is sorted by hand for size and quality, so what leaves the grove is consistent and market-ready.

06

To market

Graded crates move out through our vendors and partners — and, increasingly, we're working to reach buyers directly.
