Good Kinnow can't be hurried. Here's the rhythm of a season on the farm — transparent, hands-on, quality at every stage.

Step 01

Grow

Trees are pruned, fed, and irrigated through the Punjab heat so they set healthy fruit.

Step 02

Through summer we tend the canopy and soil, managing water carefully where every drop matters.

Step 03

As nights cool, the fruit turns deep orange. We let it ripen on the branch without rushing it.

Step 04

At peak maturity the Kinnow is hand-picked, protecting both the fruit and the trees.

Step 05

Every fruit is sorted by hand for size and quality before it leaves the grove.

Step 06

Crates move through dealers and middlemen today as we work toward supplying more directly.
