Nurture
Through summer we tend the canopy and soil, managing water carefully in a region where every drop matters.

Ripen
As nights cool, the fruit turns from green to deep Kinnow orange. We let it ripen on the branch — no rushing.

Harvest
At peak maturity the Kinnow is hand-picked, keeping the fruit and the trees in good condition.

Hand-grade
Every fruit is sorted by hand for size and quality, so what leaves the grove is consistent and market-ready.

To market
Today, hand-graded crates leave the grove through dealers and middlemen who connect our fruit with buyers across the region. Eventually, we plan to handle more of that supply ourselves.

Season opens
Colour break on the trees. First picks and grade checks — only fruit that meets our standard leaves the grove.
Dec
Harvest underway
Daily picking in the rows. Crates filled, hand-sorted, and on to market through our dealer network.
Jan
Peak sweetness
Mid-month is the sweet spot — sugar and acid in balance. The busiest weeks in Sappanwali.
Feb
Still picking
Harvest continues while quality holds. Strict grading on size, colour, and sound fruit.
Mar
Final crates
Last picks of the season. Post-harvest tree care — then we plan ahead for next winter.
