Privacy Policy

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you fill in our contact form, we collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number (if you add one);
• the type of enquiry you select; and
• the message you write.

If you accept our Consultant & Vendor Services Agreement, we also record the company name and phone number you provide, the agreement version, the date of acceptance, and confirmation that you agreed.

For security and abuse prevention, our form service stores your browser user-agent and a one-way keyed fingerprint derived from your network address. We do not store the network address itself in the submission table, and the fingerprint cannot be used by the public to recover it.

Our websites do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles about you. Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs for security and reliability.

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and to talk to you about Seedrus produce, samples, pricing, or orders. By submitting the contact form, you are giving us your consent to contact you for that purpose. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Form submissions are stored securely with our database and email providers (for example, Supabase for storage and a transactional email service to deliver your message to our inbox). Access is limited to Seedrus and the trusted service providers who help us run the sites. Some providers may store data on servers outside India; where they do, we rely on their standard security and contractual protections.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Security fingerprints and browser details attached to submissions are removed after 30 days. Contact enquiries are normally deleted after 24 months unless an active business relationship, dispute, or legal obligation requires longer retention. Agreement acceptances may be retained for up to seven years as business and legal records. Short-lived rate-limit records are removed after one day.

You can ask us to delete information sooner. We will do so unless we need to retain it for a legal obligation, an active contract, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

We share your information only with the service providers who help us operate the sites, or where the law requires us to (for example, a valid legal request). We do not share it for marketing by anyone else.

You have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or update it if it is wrong;
• ask us to delete it;
• withdraw your consent at any time; and
• make a complaint if you feel we have mishandled your data.

To use any of these rights, just contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our websites are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and limiting who can see submissions. No system can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to fix any issues quickly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Please check back now and then.
